Shopping Basics

We ship our packages with PostNL. Upon checkout it is possible to choose delivery date & time. If you want your order delivered with a different courier, please contact our customer team.

You can exchange or return sneakers within 14 days after delivery. Terms & conditions apply
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products.

Yes we do ship internationally! We deliver to most of the countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact our customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.

Payments

Payment by Paypal
You can use PayPal as a payment method to complete your order.
By clicking on conclude your order/place your order, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.

Payment by Creditcard
You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card to complete your order.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express . Before paying with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorisation by the issuer for online purchase.
If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

Payment by iDEAL
For customers living in the Netherlands, we offer iDeal as a payment method. This payment method allows you to directly make transfers from your bank account to our website.

Yes, we accept international credit cards.

Each order is taxed. The prices displayed on our website are included with the tax. The tax is also displayed on the invoice that you receive after your order.

The time of refund depends on your payment method. After acceptance of your return, we refund you within 1-4 workdays.
