Delivery & Returns


Orders within the European Union: 1-3 working days
International orders: 3-10 working days

We deliver to most of the countries. If you cannot find your home country in the drop down at the checkout, please contact our customer service and we will try to find a solution for you.


Tracking the delivery
You can track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Account (only if you are registered) or in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

The courier delivers from Monday to Saturday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.


Payment by Paypal
You can use PayPal as a payment method to complete your order.
By clicking on conclude your order/place your order, after having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you can enter your account and conclude your payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before concluding your order.

Payment by Creditcard
You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card to complete your order.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard and American Express . Before paying with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorisation by the issuer for online purchase.
If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.

Payment by iDEAL
For customers living in the Netherlands, we offer iDeal as a payment method. This payment method allows you to directly make transfers from your bank account to our website.



Refunds and Exchanges
You can exchange or return sneakers within 14 days after delivery. Terms & conditions apply
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Kicks Don is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Kicks Don will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
